Initial install date deferred due to weather. Crew arrived around 7:30 as scheduled, finished by midafternoon, did thorough cleanup around house and garage. Nice job. Experienced, hard working crew. Dumpster was delivered the afternoon before the job, as scheduled, and removed the morning after the job was complete.

We needed a new roof and AAA had good ratings on Angie’s list so we requested they come give us an estimate for a new roof, estimator was very professional, nice, answered all our questions. It was a warm spring and they were able to fit us in right away which was great. The appointment went smoothly, the day of the install came and the roof was off and the new roof on the same day. They cleaned up and left. The workmanship on the roof was good. A year later we have had no issues and are happy with our new roof. The issue we had was with cleanup. They said they would take a metal detector around the yard to pick up any old nails they had dropped, but a week after the new roof was put on I stepped on one that was hidden in the grass and put it about 1/4 inch into the middle of my foot. So a visit to the doctor and tetanus shot for me. After this incident, the company did come back out with the metal detector, but we found at least 10 other nails around the house that were missed. I would rate the workmanship very high, but I would hope they might revisit their cleanup routines, maybe plastic sheeting on the ground around the house before they start would allow them to successfully find the nails and other debris?

Their pricing was fair. They are very honest, punctual and professional. They know their craft very well. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.

It went well. Mike made things very easy for us. He explained the warranty options and types of materials they use. Brought samples for us to look at and gave us some homes to go look at in our neighborhood so that we could see what the colors looked like on a whole roof. They were on time and did the job quickly without sacrificing quality. The crew was even kind enough to start on the far end of my home because my toddler was still asleep when they arrived. We are actually working with them again regarding an issue with some gutters and downspouts. That project should be completed soon.

AAA Roofing provided samples and a list of homes to go look at. Picking the correct shingle color was important to us. After we had decided on a shingle, they brought over a bigger sample and placed it on our roof so we could be sure we liked the color.They were quick, efficient, on time and neat. Very little if any cleanup was required on our part. We highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

They did a good job, crew was professional and installation was fairly quick. After a few years no issues with leaks and everything still looks great.

It went very well. They were prompt and they did clean up. The crew was all paid by the square. It was done as fast as possible so they worked 12 hours a day and got it done. Price was high. I paid premium for them, for their reputation or whatever. I will use them in the future.

We have used AAA Roofing over the last 16 years. Every interaction has been positive and reasonable. Brad Gannon is very knowledgeable and very pleasant and will help in every way to give an excellent outcome. We first moved to Des Moines from overseas, unknowingly bought a house with roof issues (improperly installed cedar shingles; these shingles were not high grade), and were referred to AAA Roofing by a neighbor. Brad and his guys first did repairs to loose shingles, then a few years later repaired an ice dam problem, later came to replace a few more loose shingles, then finally, after about 8 years of repairs, told us we needed to replace the entire roof (the house was then 16 years old). We had an excellent job (top grade cedar shingles on a large roof surface, replaced soffit vents, added roof vents for new bathroom fans) with no problems in the last 8 years. I would never use anyone else, and have recommended him to many of my friends.

My experience with this provider was great. Our builder made mistakes when they built the house. He did not care to make it right. AAA came, inspected the roof, and found the problems and fixed it very fast. Very professional. They were prompt. They showed up on time. They took pictures. They came to the job on time and they finished in a timely manner. Every person in the crew was very respectful to me. It was just a very good experience to have these guys come and work in my home.

Due to the height and pitch of the roof on my home, most roofers would not even make a bid. Brad Gannon of AAA Roofing came out to place a bid and got up on the roof to examine it himself before making the bid. He explained some issues, in addition to new shingles that I might want to address during the roofing project. He explained the pros and cons of the additional work he recommended in terms that I could understand and was not high pressure. He provided a detailed bid. He was easy to reach and promptly returned calls. The project started and ended on the time line he initially provided. During the project, he checked in with me a couple times to give me updates. His employees were courteous. The workers took great care to clean up the work site each evening and left no clean up work behind. I could not have been more pleased with the job AAA Roofing did for me.
