"Always Done Right" Cleaning Solutions

In the beginning, it went well. They were punctual and did a nice job cleaning. As time went on, they became less and less punctual and began to come at different times on their assigned day. The cleaning was just okay by the time we let them go. They are very friendly and until the last week would respond to calls and/or texts within a reasonable time.

The last week, my husband who is normally at home for the cleaning, was out of town. I took the day to work from home so that I could be there when they arrived. By mid-morning, we texted them and they replied that it was their busiest Friday and that they would be there by later that afternoon. At 1:00, I texted again and they said they'd be there about 4:30 and they were doing the best they could. At 5:30, I texted and called both the owner and an employee. I got no reply from either of them. At 6:30, my husband finally texted them that we were disappointed with the timing and that no one had called to let us know they were going to be late or not show at all.

My biggest issues:

1 - I worked from home that day so I could be there when they arrived. I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the agreed upon schedule with ADR.

2 - I had things scheduled for that evening and had to cancel an event that had been planned for over a month since I got no response to when they would be there.

3 - When we hired them, we said we wanted a morning service. We did not change this.

4 - A week later, we still have not had ANY reponse from anyone in the company to explain the sudden lack of communication and the fact that they never bothered to show up.

WE HAVE USED ADR SERVICES ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND THERE ARE USUALLY 3 PEOPLE DOING THE WORK.  THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD WORKERS.  VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND.  USUALLY HERE ABOUT TWO HOURS EACH TIME.

We have had a very positive experience with both times ADR has come into our home to clean.  They were very quick to respond to our request, were punctual, personable and professional.  The actual cleaning work was quality.  We have been very pleased.

Over time the work to value has decreased.

They first did a deep cleaning for us and it was covering a lot of rooms.  They did each room in detail, cleaning inside cupboards, under furniture, refrigerator, windows and even picking up and straightening things they did not have to do.   The crew was pleasant, professional and very concerned that we were satisfied with the work.
Since then, we have retained them for weekly services and have not seen any decrease in service or results.  Of course, like any service, now and then they miss something.  But when they do, they promptly correct it and even ask us to make sure we are telling them of any areas not to our satisfaction.   
They work with our schedule and each time upon completion of the job they make it a point to thank us for our business.
They are a hard-working small business team.
