Piano Tuning
After we set an appontment Mike arrived on time prepared to tune our piano. His knowledge of our piano was immediately apparent and he set about to accomplish the task courteously and professionally. Mike is very well known in Tacoma music circles and beyond. We will be having Mike back to tune our piano in two months. This is standard procedure to assure the piano is in tune and remains so.

Piano Tuning
He really knows his stuff. He does very good work and he is a good guy. He can be a little late, but that is because he really spends his time with people. The last time he tuned the piano we weren't happy and he came back and diagnosed the problem and fixed and re tuned it. He spent a lot of time doing it. He didn't charge us again. He went the extra mile to make us happy.
