Cleaned bedroom shag carpet. on time, very professional. Cleaned up completely

After calling about 3 carpet cleaning services, all going to be around 100 dollars, or put me in a 2 week hold list, I called Total Cleaning and at first, he would not be able to come in until Tuesday (it is currently Friday and I called Thursday). Explaining my apartment being previously flooded and the smell, he said he could make a quick run over the next day. This wasn't even 24 hours notice that I provided for the gentleman!
He came in 15 minutes early and it took him 15 minutes to do an estimate (he charges per foot I believe) and for him to receive my check. The carpet was clean and the smell is practically gone. He explained to me how the machine he was using worked and explained that I could walk around the carpet even with being slightly damp. My favorite part was him knocking on the door and asked what needed to be done. He got right to work and he was really quick about it. 
Granted, I did move my furniture out of the way and emptied out my room since the entire room was flooded (Gross), it helped the process move along quickly and it made both of our parts (him the service provider and I the consumer) easier and quicker.  I'm pleased with the results and the price!
