Tires Plus - Davenport

The did the oil change and inspection and I made the appointment for the next day to get the alignment done. The inspection showed that I needed breaks which I was just going to do myself. The next day when I brought the car back for the alignment they redid the inspection. They stated that the struts were bad in the front, breaks were bad, Left rear bearing assymbly was bad and a few other things. They quoted it out to be around $3,500.00. I was furious and asked how they could find so much in less than 24 hours. I was then told that they did a courteous inspection again and I said that it still does not explain why in less than 24 hours I have all these issues now. I was then told that this tech was the one that should of done the inspection, then I got another excuse and I argued with them over it. I finally said I will call your corporate office and let them explain it to me. I did and within 15 minutes of my call with them I got a call from the store manager asking me to bring my car back. I had already told them I would pay for the parts at cost but would not pay for any shop fees or labor and they said no. When I brought the car back they said they were fixing everything they put on the list for free. I did tell them I am still willing to pay for parts at cost for free but they said no. They replaced everything and then a few more parts they found all for free. I hadn't been back there in about a year and the new manager noticed that when I showed up to get some work done. I told him what happened and his response was, I would of told you to get out. I walked out without saying another word, called the corporate office and gave them his name and told them I will never use their service again. The bad thing is when Jeremy left the store, I had been going there for over 10 years. I had gone back 2 times since and above is my response. The only reason I rated them high was because the corporate office did take care of my original issue, I am not sure what, if anything happened to the store manager, as I told them on the phone, there are way to many auto repair shops out there, you will never get my business again, I just wanted to tell them why.

Although I initially had to wait a few minutes at the counter while the employees were discussing other cars in for service, they were curteous and provided a good price to replace the two rear tires on my BMW. I have run flat tires and was a bit concerned that there could be a problem during the service. But the tire replacement took about an hour and all is well with the system. They provided good service at a reasonable price. I will be a return customer.

Suggested high mileage oil. Later i talked with Toyotw which said not necessary.
Not only was oil more expensive but they charged additional labor. I asked desk person why
and he said he had no idea and left that as if it were an answer. The personnel With whom i had a good relationship no longer work tbere.

These guys are phenomenal. they are attentive and follow-up like no other Tires Plus I have ever dealt with. I've taken my car over there and they've checked the air in the tires for me even if I don't have an appointment.
I am fairly certain they don't overcharge and they helped me out of a real jam a year or so ago. They call me by name and tell me what they think should be done but they aren't pushy.
Fair, prompt and good work/service. i would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rack and pinion went out on my van. They took care of the problem quickly and inexpensively. He may be the cheapest in town.

I walking in knowing what I wanted and they shot me the best price I had found. Walked to Los Agaves and have a great lunch and they called when she was all done. Straight and to the point. Thanks Guys!
