Plumber didn't introduce himself and kept his boots on the whole time he was in my house. He was successful at clearing the clogged floor drain in the basement. He only answered about half the questions I asked. He acted like he was too good to talk to me. Upstairs he looked at two toilets which were not flushing correctly. He used a special hand held snake to "clean" the traps out. He didn't use anything to keep the snake from dripping on my carpets. I politely asked if he would like a bag for the device. He gave no response and simple exited the house and returned with a bill for $200 for 1.5 hours of work. Oh by the way the problem with the two toilets wasn't fixed but we were charged $45 for him to tell me to buy new toilets, what a deal! So the end result was two messes in the basement from where he did the clean out, no attempt by him to clean anything up, toilet water on my carpets, being told to buy new toilets, and a working drain in the basement.
