I wish they were better at communicating and sticking with a schedule. They do good work, so they must be in high demand. Unfortunately, that means I'm stuck in a long pipeline to get the work done on my home.
Update: The bathroom shower leaks. They came out and did a quick, sub-standard "fix". The shower still leaks and they have been unresponsive in correcting the problem.

Professional, courteous, and reasonable! They showed up on time every day, they checked in with us about all aspects of their work, they always offered us options, they were very considerate and worked with us regarding the special needs of our rescue pup. They clean up after themselves and they do not ever do a half-baked job!! Totally liked these guys and have plans for future projects that we will turn to them for!!
