This has been one of the most unpleasant businesses I have ever had to deal with. It took three weeks to get someone out to clean my house. Calls were not returned, calls were not made when promised, and the woman answering the phone is very cold and snippy. My family paid good money to provide me with cleaning service with this company after I had abdominal surgery. The woman who actually cleaned my house did an excellent job, but I was not in need of the service at that point in my recovery. Now, I really need help and am told that gift certificates bought from this business are only good for 6 months. After that, they keep the money and refuse to provide the service that was paid for. Now, the business is even lying and claiming that they cleaned my house twice. They did not. It was cleaned only once. This business is unprofessional and unethical.

I have been using Professional Touch Cleaning Services for years. They are always on time and do quality work.
