Hired Peace of Mind Home Care and Transportation from out of state for disabled daughter.  Discussed prices and calculated 1st $150 would last @ least 2 weeks for 2 trips to Dr. and two 4 hr. cleaning jobs.  Was in arrears after 1st week and sent another $150 plus another $90 all within 3 weeks. My daughter did have a few extra dr. appts and 1 or 2 medicine pick up runs.  I asked for an itemized bill 3x to understand where the charges were coming from and to enable me to claim on my expenses for heath costs. She would not send me an itemized billing.  I discontinued using company at this time.  Charges could very well be legit....my daughter was ill and medicated so I put my trust in the company. I paid the company because I needed them but  I am confused why I cannot get an itemized bill. I still want one.   They were dependable, very nice to my daughter and charges could be justified but they have to supply the customer with straight forward charges in writing upon request....legally.  I do not feel at this time they have been straight forward and still do not have a break down of all trips and times spent with my daughter. 

This agency is actually an elderly homecare and transportation agency. I have been a customer of this agency for about 1 month and they are everything their name says they are. The young lady even gave me a ride for free! She runs the business out of her home, so she isn't as professional as most would expect, but it just makes me feel even more comfortable doing business with her. Her staff is friendly and they really bend over backwards for you. This kind of service only comes from someone who is caring and passionate about their work. Great choice Rosemary!
