Issues with the initial job.  It took calling 3 times to get them to come out and fix the issues.  But, they did come out, they fixed the problem and tub looks great!  Thank you.

"I am not sure why {Member's name removed} posted this review, we have already scheduled an appointment to look at her bathtub and most likely repair it at that time on Wednesday afternoon. It appears that she posted this after we had scheduled the appointment."

I had originally intented to gut and completely remodel our bathroom, but given my homes limited size and capacity the return on investmant was not going to be great.  Our real problem was our glass doors had collected so much mildew, mold, and hard water stains that we just couldn't look at it anymore.  We had tried steam cleaning, CLR, and an array of other products, finally we looked on angie's list and found this company.  After a little research we thought this was a good option.
John came out and gave us a quote.  For just the bath room tile and tub it was around $950 and an additional $500 for the kitchen counters, which was an after thought after seeing the website.
We decided to move forward and they were able to schedule a visit withing 7 business days.  Matt showed up to do the work that morning.  He showed up on time, if not a little early.  He explained what he was going to do and I showed him the areas.  We did have an issue as he attempted to move a glass shelf out of the way of the shower.  He accidently dropped the shelf and it landed on the lid to the tank of the toilet, cracking it.  He attemtped to replace the lid but he could not find a replacement that matched/fit.  I worked with John and we agreed to take $100 off the price of the job.
Work for the next few days was completed on time with no issues or delays.  Took 3 days total, bleeding into a 4th to finish up some caulking.  My only real complaint was the tiny layer of dust over everything that was near the work areas but for the most part it wasn't bad.
We'll see how the product lasts.  5 year warranty and I'll update my review accordingly.

From the outset, we were pleased with the timeliness of someone coming out to meet us and discuss our request to have the tub resurfaced. Every step of the way was as the contractor had suggested. No disappointments! This is not an exaggeration...we have absolutely NO complaints. No suggestions for improvement! We would recommend this company to anyone making an inquiry!

Sincerely, The Swansons

My service rep was professional and on time. He was very clean in the area he was working in.
When he was done the first day, I noticed after he left that the bottom of my tub was a ruff finish
the type like skid resistant. I had not communicated to him that I did not want this and wanted the
interior of my tub smooth like the exterior.
I called the owner and made it know of what I wanted on the finish. When my service rep arived the
next morning he already was aware of what my needs were in changing the finish in the bottom of the
tub. He was more than willing to correct the type of finish and did the glaze over again to make it right.
Over all I was pleased with his work and how they handled to correct the tub the way I wanted it.

This was a 2 day process. The service guy showed up the first day and taped plastic around everything except the countertop. Then he sprayed the finish on color by color. The base was kind of a taupe color - and when I saw it, I freaked a little because by itself it almost looked PINK! But after adding layers of the other colors it looked great. A huge improvement to what it looked like before( which was very dated). One thing I would mention is that the smell during this process is pretty intense. He had big fans blowing the fumes outside - but this was April - still pretty chilly so the house was closed up. He put in a full day (6-8 hours) - and then left. My kitchen was still entombed in plastic - could not get dishes or a glass out of the cabinet - so it turned out to be a good day to eat out!

The next day he came back and caulked around the sink and the baseboards, and removed all of the plastic. When he was finished, he called me down to show me how it turned out, and explained how to take care of my new countertop. One minor problem was that his tape pulled a little of the paint off the wall. He used good tape (the blue stuff), and more importantly - did a great job of taping the plastic down. Having to do a little touch-up painting was better than having my cabinets, walls, and appliances "refinished" like the countertop. I think there's a little bit of "artistry" in applying this product. He did a super job - very even application - it is exactly as shown on the sample that I chose.

All in all - I am very happy with the service provided. Before Miracle Method, my countertops were in good condition - just UGLY. But from what I understand he can fix imperfections too. It would have cost 3 to 4 times what I paid had I gone with granite, or concrete. I'm going to put new hardware on the cabinets - and it'll be like a whole new kitchen. There is a one year warranty.
It has been 4 months - I have had no issues and do not have to "baby" the countertop in any way.
