+ -1 moreIt never really started because if the inept analysis of Lowes experts.
Description of Work: The electric cook top was over 40 years old and we wanted to replace it but we had a problem in finding a new replacement. To assist us with the problem Lowes offered to provide an onsite expert to analyze the problems we may encounter and then recommend a cook top which would fit in our existing counter top. After 5 weeks of waiting and discussions with Lowes sales, experts, installers, and managerial personnel, we had three recommendations on models and prices but none of them would fit the cut out in the existing counter top. Finally Lowes admitted they could not give us a recommendation! They never even recommended we replace the counter top which could then be cut to accept a newer cook top. They gave up and refunded the $35 fee after we insisted their expert assistance was worthless.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with them and I was able to do everything over the phone with them. I was really impressed that they followed up, called and were interested in how the job turned out. We are far away landlords so that made us feel more secure in using them. We would use them again.
Description of Work: I purchased Pella vinyl thermo-pane windows from them.
