J.D. Coussins, himself, is a wonderfully knowledgeable man about construction issues. He had several great ideas for the room addition, and we liked him a great deal. However, his designer, Jennifer -- (who actually met with us first to discuss our wants and needs, and then was to design a room based on our wishes) -- was very unimpressive. The first draft of the room plan was pretty bad, and did not incorporate much of anything we wanted. The second set was somewhat better, but still lacking. Mr. Coussins attended the second meeting with Jennifer, and he appeared very knowledgeable and committed. He had several really good ideas, and if what we wanted was not feasible, his rationale while telling us was very well thought out and believable. We did not use him because his services were very pricey. However, we still have not received a final draft of the plans we paid Jennifer to draw up for us. It seems she did not care to finalize them after we told her that Mr. Coussins was a bit too expensive for our budget. I do not feel that we received value for our money in this regard.

Excellent response to call. Excellent service. They may not be the least expensive but their work and professional outweighs the savings of a less expensive company.
