I took it in one day, had the estimate the next day and the work was done and the snowblower was back to me within a week.

They got the job done and my husband seemed pleased with them. My husband liked the fact that because he had actually purchased the chainsaw from them and he had brought it in for repair work, he could automatically go to the front of the line. He also liked the fact that they took care of him right away and it only took a couple of days. The gentleman who waited on him was very attentive and informative. Probably the one thing he disliked was a lady, probably the owners wife, who kept hovering near the clerk who was waiting on him, and he found that a little distracting and unnecessary. I think their pricing is quite competitive.
