Very dependable and the staff, both office and field, are quite personable.  The quality of work is excellent.  My only less-than-perfect observation is that they tend to have a rather high minimum labor charge for coming out.  The job we had done took about 45 minutes.  I expected a minimum of one hour labor charge, but it was 1.5 hours on the bill.  In the service man's defense, he kept asking if there was anything else he could do for us, as if he was trying to fill the time that must be charged.
Labor charge aside, the quality of their work, their dependability and promptness will result in our using them again.

The neighbor down the street had the same thing done. It was beautifully done. I asked my neighbor who did it and they said "Hasons." They do great work. They are without peer. They were just as neat as a pin. They were very personable people. The pricing seems kind of high. The fans that were in our bathroom are horribly noisy. I called Hanson and they replaced it with fans that make no noise. He was earlier than he said he was going to be.
