Meet with Sam Foley to get a quote, Sam was very professional and very personable. He explained all the options and what would be done. Work was completed just as he said it would. Work was completed in one day, with clean up the following morning. Roof looks great!

Sam came out and gave me an estimate and I'm glad he did. He provided an excellent warranty on a beautiful roof at a price that was the best of all the estimates I received. His crew came out early in the morning on a Wednesday and would have finished the

roofs that day; however, I needed the wood in some special areas replaced. So, they finished it on Thursday

I was expecting it to take at least 2 days and they were done in a day and a half. The parts of the roof that needed replacing are now solid and the entire roof looks amazing. I'm so impressed with the work the crew did as well. They were all very professional, friendly, courteous and quick. They cleaned up after themselves on both days and I couldn't believe how good my yard looked after they left. The gutter guys came out on Friday since they had finished early on another job. I wasn't expecting them until at least Saturday maybe Monday. Was really nice to see all the work done in such a short period of time, ahead of schedule even. Sam was in contact with me before and after to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. He even texted me pictures of the

parts that needed replacing in case I hadn't seen them. I had seen the guys working so I already knew, but it was still nice to know he was on top of everything. The final inspection went well and I am happy I chose these guys.

Had a leaking roof. Foley Contracting gave estimate and repaired roof within a few days. Have had no issues with roof since then.

I had five large windows replaced on the back of my home. Foley Contracting did an excellent job. The windows were hard to install and required a lot of detail work. I look forward to having them return to complete additional projects in the spring and would highly recommend their work.

After another independent contractor (not Foley Contracting) completed the reroofing job on my house and garage, it was inspected by the city inspector with many violations found. Foley Contracting stepped in to take care of these violations. They were very professional and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Foley Contracting to anyone!
