First time at business; Was given an estimate to replace the 14K gold lobster clasp and estimated time of completion (Monday). Cost extra to have repair done at time of visit. Taken to store on a Friday and work was finished on following Tuesday. Total cost was as estimated. Being new to area, can't give a comparison to similar businesses in area. Business does apprasials and jewelry designing as well. Will definitely consider using this business again in the future.

After researching we found that Doland was the only jeweler that was properly certified for what we were looking for. They were very professional the results were great. They give a detailed sheet including pictures of what they appraised. Would definitely use them again.
