I bought $1200.00 of ceramic tile for my bathroom. We overestimated how much we needed so I have more than half left over. I called Dave's Floor Trends to return the extra tile and was told that they don't accept returns on tile because the lot coloring wouldn't match other lot colors of the same tile. I was NEVER told this when I purchased it. So now I am stuck with about $600 worth of tile that I have no use for.

The ceramic tile on the living area floor has noticeable unsealed grout discoloration. The master shower floor around the edges needs more than a bleach product that was used by our "sales person". After two months of texting and several super cleaners I gave up.

I am still left with a smelly, moldy master shower. My idea of a great business is one that makes the effort to satisfy the customer. We were willing to pay the repair costs. Just did not appreciate two months of empty promises.
