They worked around our landscaping under that window and removed and re-installed the shutters that were next to the window and you couldn't even tell they had to do that. It looks like the awning has always been there.
The entire install was done in less than 3 hours and I didn't even wake up during the install!! (I was a day-sleeper at that time due to working the night shift and was sleeping in the room where they did the install)
The temperature in the room is now at least 10 degrees lower in the hot summer months, so it is paying for itself, due to no longer needing a window mounted air conditioner in that room anymore!
