Automotive Central

First of all, I don't remember the exact date. This happened on my 17 year old daughter's car. Since she has to pay for her own car repairs, it's a blessing to us that they are always willing to look for used parts to use. The amount we were quoted was actually $100 higher, but by the time we got there to pick up the car, they had already reviewed the bill, found the mistake and corrected it!  This was our third experience with them working on our daughter's car and they will continue to do so.  I find them to be a little pricey, but feel you can't put too much of a price on honesty and integrity.

This was my second visit to Automotive Central and definitely will not be my last.  Earlier in the month they performed repairs to my Nissan Xterra's air conditioning system which had failed due to a clogged condenser/dryer.  I was so impressed with that service that I decided to entrust them with repairing my wife's Volvo which is the subject of this report.  I found Automotive Central based solely upon Angie's List reviews.  Folks, this is a gem of an operation.  I found the owner and his personnel to be extremely professional, highly personable, and worthy of trust.  They work hard to deliver a timely and proper repair at a fair and reasonable cost.  The additional perks of shuttling you to/from where ever you might need to go and providing a clean and relaxing waiting area just adds to the overall experience.  If you live or travel to the QC area, it is well worth the effort to give Jim and Dee a call when you need auto service of any kind.  They will without a doubt have all my future automotive repair business.

They were very friendly, professional and did the job right. A bit expensive, but worth it. I used an Angie's list coupon. Very clean wait room; had wifi for laptop.
