Was told when we ordered our furniture that it was not in stock and would take up to 30 days. We were given 5 different dates it was to be delivered and every time there was a different reason it didn't happen (a few of the times there was no reason, we just never heard anything) Every person we talked to told us something different, and when we mentioned possibly just canceling our order they just said ok. They clearly didn't care about having our business and we won't be giving it to them in the future. We finally got our furniture after about 2 and a half months.

We liked the appliances. We liked that we could get the whirlpool brands and the selection was good. But the service stinks. Every time we've done business with them, we've always had to fight them for service, whether it's for a missing part or something else. We're done doing business with them for good.
