It's been horrible. I've been trying to tell them to come replace my vents and instead they tell me they are not going to replace my vents and are going to take me to collections for not paying the rest of my bill.

They never replaced our gutter guard as they stated wouldn't be a problem. Mark McBride the regional service mgr. made all kinds of promises, none of which came true. When his people didn't show as promised he didn't know why, because he wasn't them. He became so rude on the phone I was in tears. The guards have never been replaced.
