Rentals - Parties, Wedding Planning
Services that were not provided as discussed and paid for:
-only half of our wedding table centerpieces were done correctly, the other half were less than half of what was agreed upon and paid for
-the uplighting was not done in our wedding colors as agreed upon, people from the wedding party had to change the colors to something that would work better than how they left it - colors were supposed to be a pinkish color and goldish color, they left it as green and purple...
-tried to contact them several times on the day of to discuss the issues - NO response! it was my wedding day! I should not have had to deal with this!
-I have tried several other times since the wedding - both by phone and email - to contact them and address my concerns and lack of professionalism and still NO response!
