The service was really awful. You had to call every week to see if they were coming and if you wanted anything else done you had to make even more calls. n mid-season they simply stop . I called about the fall clean up and was told they do not do that work. The sales manger is something else.                    

Poorly.  It is nearly impossible to get the owner to return a phone call.  The new sales mananger I think may be the weak link in the chain.  The lawn care was great for the past 3 years and now is non-existent.  I got a call from an official in our subdivision asking if I had been gone on vacation because he saw foot high weeds and very long grass in my yard.  Called and talked to sales manager who had a story, but I wanted my grass mowed.  He claimed he'll come out tonight.  The past winter I asked for snow removal and they never came once despite  3 calls to the owner.  The sales manager said they couldn't find my address because he couldn't find the sales contract.  After 3 years of lawn care, I thought I might be in the computer.  I sure hope they can clean up their act, because they used to be great!

They arrived with a truck load of stone, that was unloaded into the street. They then used a bobcat to haul small loads to the area where they were to be placed.  Amount of rock needed was underestimated so we had to wait for additional rock that was delivered within the hour. The only problem was we had a lot of rain in the spring, so the ground was soft.  The equiptment did not leave any ruts, but did kill off the grass from numerous trips across it.  This would have happened with any company.  The workers were polite.
