The leasing/management companies in Ames, IA require the tenants to conduct a deep clean of the apartments upon moving out. After having a horrible experience with spending almost 20 hours cleaning my previous apartment and the leasing company (Hunziker) still claiming it wasn't clean, I decided this time to just hire a company to clean the apartment. In other words, if the management company (Total Property) said something wasn't clean enough, Advanced would come back and take care of the issue. And that's just what they did - Advanced took care of everything from start to finish. They arranged with my management company (Total Property) to get the key to my apartment which meant I didn't have to actually be present for the cleaning. This was great for me since I had just moved 45 minutes away. I came back to the apartment the following day for my official walk-through and check out and noticed that the tubs had not been properly cleaned; they still had soap scum on them. I called Advanced, and they returned right away and cleaned them according to the standards of my management company. My final walk through took about 10 minutes and was an absolute breeze.
