We called the company numerous times before receiving a "live" person to answer the phone. We set up appointment for Wednesday, September 17, mid-morning. We were requesting adjustment and new bottom seals on our Wayne Dalton double and single garage doors. We had no one show. We called and had to again leave messages with the company asking whether our work was going to be done. We received no call backs from the company. Approximately 1 pm we had a call from the person who was just leaving Davenport to come down (about 45 minutes away). We cancelled the work order.
