Very prompt, and excellent, competitive price. The crew consisted of two guys - which was sufficient for the job.
Complaints - unprofessional behavior (language)
Dress - no shirt
Safety issues - No ropes were used to guide fallen limbs. Chain link fence was hit by a fallen limb - they did put it back together.

Worried about our two huge trees, I called around looking for estimates. Had several companies come and bid the job. Decided to go with ACME based on an impression that I had. The owner of the company was actually there to bid the job, the owner participated in the work, the owner sweated along with his workers. That says a lot to me!
Cut down I'd guess a half of one of the trees, and probably a fourth of the other one. Plus cut down 3 other trees completely. Like I said earlier, the stumps were ground out the same day and everything was picked up.

Overall, it went extremely well! The crew and owner showed up at the decided time, performed all of the work outlined above.
Chipped/shredded all of the wood while the work was being done as well, so they left me with very little left to do. Very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
