A1 Heating & Gutters

Gary who is the service manager came to my place on Monday October
first.  I was having a problem with my furnace and explained the problem
over the phone. Gary said "no problem" and that he had the part.  After
he came to my house and replaced the part he said "Oh you must have had
company A* come and fix this before.  They don't do a very good job."
He said he would call the manufacturer and see what else the problem
could be.  I told him I need this fixed I have a 3 month old and a four
year old here.  I did not hear from Gary again until Friday when I had
to call him.  He said he had to order a part.  He had no idea how much
the part was going to be but told me that it would take 5 days to come
in, however the next few days would "be in the seventies" temp wise. 
Also wrong.  On Saturday morning I again called Gary and he then told me
that company A* had the part I would need and that he was too busy to
help us.  So the company he told us was no good he then told me to use. 
He strung me along until the weekend where everyone charges double the
rate.  This is something I can not afford.  I also had to go out and buy
dangerous space heaters so I can keep my children warm.  On Saturday I
called A-1 to lodge a complaint and low and behold I got the lovely Gary
on the phone.  He then told me that he had spent 3 hours on this
project like I should be grateful.  It is 44 degrees out today and when
my 4 year old told me he was cold he didn't care that Gary had put three
hours into this.  And honestly 3 hours doesn't sound like that much
time when it took him 5 days to tell me he couldn't fix it.  So no Gary
I'm not thankful for your work and if you couldn't do the job you should
have told me that in the first place.  There is nothing wrong with
being incompetent just tell me I would have understood.
