Their profile states: Prime Source Enterprise, LLC, is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty and personal responsibility. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customer's interests and make their concerns the basis of our business. THE ABOVE IS NOT TRUE. The owner told me that they don't guarantee customer satisfaction. They don't communicate what they are going to do and when. They didn't communicate that the stamping process would leave "imperfections". Which is fine, but shoddy work is not (some of the work is definitely subpar). See pics. Owner stated that a better job on the stamping isn't possible, especially up against the house/foundation. So, I have the base color majorly showing. It's extremely obvious that this is a stamped patio. By far the worst experience of the 12+ contractors that I dealt with on our remodel project. If you do decide to use them, get specifics from them, demand that they set appointments with you, get firm prices on the cost of concrete (beware - the darker the color, the more $. Was told dark gray was very expensive. They said nothing about red though, which we wanted, but ended up being 25% more. Ended up with a color I wasn't happy with because the sample book they provide doesn't properly depict the true color and it's impossible to find a different sampling online.) Owner showed up unannounced two times to collect the payment, even though he knew we were not happy with the work. Felt threatened by him. Patio is usable (i.e. level), BUT not happy with it's appearance. Owner also told me that my expectations were too high. They gave me a discount on the price (which I didn't know until after the work was complete - I feel that he told me that to think they were giving me a break & just accept the work as is)...so the value for the dollar is ok, but not great.
Description of Work: Removal of a 20' long sidewalk. Removal of a concrete footing (approximately 3' X 8' X 2'). Had them install a stamped concrete patio.
