Concrete Driveway Service, Concrete Repair
The up-front experience with this contractor was good. They worked with me on dates and did a good job on the details of pouring my new driveway. The trouble started when a crack developed at the bottom of the driveway. Metro Concrete had assured me up front that they would "take care of me." I contacted them many times, and they assured me they would send someone out to fill the crack, but they didn't. Eventually they completely stopped responding to calls or texts. In my experience, this company has good knowledge and skills with concrete and city building codes, but poor customer service and very little integrity. I would strongly advise you to find a different contractor who will take care of you if problems do come up after the initial work is done.
