A VERY SMALL BOUQUET, WE WERE EMBARRASED AND ASHAMED WHEN WE SAW THEM AT THE FUNERAL.
MY WIFE CALLED TO TELL HER WE WERE NOT SATISFIED. sHE WOULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. i CALLED LATER AND GAVE HER A CHANCE TO MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT BEFORE I GAVE HER NEGTIVE PUBLICITY. SHE WANTED TO KNOW WHAT i WANTED. ITOLD HER THAT THE FAMILY TOLD US THAT IT LOOKED LIKE A $25 BOUQUET BUT i WULD BE SATISFIED WITH A $40 REFUND. hER ANSWER WAS NO BUT DID OFFER A $20 ADJUSTMENT.
