We ordered mother's day flowers to be delivered to a local nursing home and to a local residence. The one positive thing about our experience was that the flowers were delivered on time the same day we ordered them. We ordered very specific arrangements from pictures on the florist's website. What was delivered in no way resembled what we ordered. There was no shape to either arrangement and the number of specific flowers was not even close. We called on Monday, May 12 to complain and an employee told us that the owner would call us that day or the following day. She didn't call. We waited a week and finally called again on May 20. An employee told us the owner was busy and could talk, but would call us back. The owner finally called us back on May 21. We told the owner our complaints about the arrangements; the shapes and flower counts etc. She never let us finish a statement, she kept interrupting us and finally accused the people at the nursing home of steeling the roses out of the arrangement that was delivered there, because they put more than 3 roses in a $70 arrangement. The florist has a website which states if the you are unhappy and notify them within I think 5 days (I'm not certain of the number of days) that if you would like they will replace the flowers or refund the money. If the owner had responded the first time I called, I would have ask for better flowers, but more than a week after mother's day, I ask for my money back. The owner told me that the website I found that guarantee on was a website that FTD provide for her business. I explained that the website had ONLY her business name and address and phone and it appeared to be a website to promote her business only and it was at the top of the search list for her business. (If a website had my name on it, I would have final say as to what was included in the site, or it would never be allowed to be published.) The business owner refused to refund my money, had an excuse for everything, told me she didn't want to do the arrangement for me when I called in, (but was happy to bill my card), and then hung up on me in mid sentence when I was trying to explain my complaint. SHE WAS VERY RUDE.
Description of Work: The florist did not provide flower arrangement that we ordered and refused to honor the guarantee that was published on the website for the florist.
