- I was impressed because he was there during the whole process. My adjuster even asked Tommy for some of his cards. My roof was done in less than a day and the gutters were done the next day. It did take him 3 days before he got to the siding however, but that wasn't a problem. My neighbor told me that he knocked on her door and asked her if he could roll her yard with his magnet to pick up nails that might have gotten in her yard.
