I observed Jeff Garner do similar work next door and across the street last year- I was impressed with the work ethic and workmanship. I watched how the Leafree system worked through three seasons and concluded it really worked keeping debris out of the neighbor's gutter, and channeling the water into the gutters during a toad-strangling rain without shooting over the edge. When I called Jeff for an estimate, and during the entire process, he was always quick with response to phone message or email if he wasn't able to answer my call right away. He was also on time for appointments and the actual work, which was completed in two days. I supplied the lumber for soffit & fascia as it was 2 stories up and I wanted to prime & pre-paint. To my suprise, they asked for me to leave the paint cans out so they could touch up caulk, nails, etc. as they installed it. I never asked for or expected this kind of consideration & service. Jeff also routed two of the downspouts to accomodate my rain barrels, providing extra elbows & short straight runs. All was completed along with the extras for slightly less than quoted. They also did a good clean up & sweeping when done. By the way- his quote was $300 cheaper than another bid for gutter & repairs that had me on a long waiting list, so I decided to pay the extra to have the Leafree installed at the same time. I plan to recommend Jeff to friends & co-workers, as well as have him return to do a few small remodeling & repair jobs. Another plus is the materials used were manufactured less than 60 miles from my home.
