Overall, the installation went smoothly. Mr. Turpen performed all appropriate tests for level base floor and corrected any issues with leveling before attempting to lay down any flooring. Mr. Turpen clearly articulated any issues encountered and provided accurate estimates of time and material to correct those issues. Mr. Turpen worked with the vendor (Nebraska Furniture Mart) to correct material shortages and made sure all unused material was returned and credited to my account. Mr. Turpen made sure we understood how to maintain our new floor.
