Description of Work: i called and asked for a price to do our carpet and talked to a receptionist named bonnie. she quoted me 150 to 200 and not over 250 if we decided to go with scotch-guard. when the crew came out they started measuring and i asked them what they were doing. they said that they charged 50 cents a foot. i told them that is not what we were told and they said bonnie does this all the time and it will be 450 if we want it done. we had to get it done and so i talked them into 407 and they said their boss would make it right with me on monday. i called monday and they said they would think about it and to this day they are supposed to be thinking about it. i was a general manager at a car dealership for many years and we called this a low-ball! people beware!! this compamy is not one to do business with. they are unethical and will lie to get into your homes and charge what they feel like. when i called on that monday to complain he asked me did i agree to let them do the carpets, i said yes because we had to get them done that day as we expected company. they knew that they had us. never again would i ever let this company, their managers or their people into our home again.
