We agreed to the work on 6/12/2015. I was constantly told throughout the summer that I was next on the list. However, my house didn't get painted until November. They had said the house would be washed and caulking done as necessary. It looks like none of that was completed during the painting process. They promptly billed me and made their only call to me asking for payment. I paid the $4,175 and was assured that my deck would be stained first thing in the spring. It is now 8/3/16 and I am going with someone more reliable. I always had to call them to get any idea of when service would be provided. They always had excuses that other jobs that were more important than mine. They claim that satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, but have serious doubts that I will get a response. If there was any rating lower than F they have earned it and I would be glad to award it to them.

Very professional and timely. Cleaned up after their work very well. My house looks beautiful. Would highly recommend.
