J & J Plumbing Inc

He put some of the plumbing in the wall and some outside the wall.  The city inspector failed the work that the plumber did.  I have got to get a plumber to redo the work and put the plumber to put the washer where it will pass.  I need to have other plumbers come out and fix the plumbing and another person to fix the drywall.  The plumber’s union said that the plumber should’ve known better.  When I learned that he didn’t have a permit, I called the inspector.  I was not surprised that he failed the inspection.  I have to have this fixed so that my homeowner’s insurance continues to carry me.   

He was supposed to be done in 3 days.  For 3 weeks, he didn’t even show up. 

Now, I'm going to have to hire other people to fix this and I have to sue this service provider.  The inspector told me that the pipes are going to freeze if they are left the way that they were installed.
