It was very good. They are very experienced; they come in and get the job done and leave. They were on time. They set a time and they are there. If they aren't able to, they call and tell me when they will be coming. They are very responsible. He wasn't exactly sure what to do on the water softener so he researched it and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and fixed it. The price was right around where it should have been.
