Easy to work with, they did what they said the would . They are locally owned and knowledgeable, the only shop I will use.

They took forever. After two weeks I finally called and they hadn't even started it.  It than took three days after that. It was glass for my dining buffet. I thought they were high in price.

The windows are not standard size.  The rep took the frames, screens and broken windows 6 weeks ago.  To date, we STILL don't have windows.  When my husband calls to inquire regarding the delay, he often does not receive a call back and when he does, we still don't know when we will get the windows.  Meanwhile, we have plywood planking screwed into the frames where the windows go in hopes of keeping some of the elements out.  We are very disappointed with the service thus far and would not recommend the service to anyone based on slow service & poor communication.  I will update on quality once the job is finally completed.

The technician was very professional and personable. They needed to be in the house to disassemble the window frame to replace the glass unit. The tech was also very conscious of our home as he made trips back and forth to the service van, making sure he wasn't tracking in any dirt/mud/grass/etc, and completed the job very quickly. Additionally, he explained the process as he was doing the work, and found/fixed a problem with the crank/hinge that whoever initially installed the window years ago had missed. I will DEFINITELY hire Glass Doctors again for my glass work!
