Services we offer
Complete clean up each day until job is completed. Tarps are laid over shrubbery and flowers next to home and plywood is propped up against home to protect siding. Our dumpster is on wheels and can be moved at any time. We dispose of trash and clean up work site everyday. We only tear off what we can roof that same day. This has enabled us to be completely watertight while work is in progress. We have a great deal of experience doing flat rubber roofs on homes and commercial buildings.

I was given an approximate date of 8/20 for repair back in june. they started on8/19/14 and completed on 20th.Everything joe bates said he would do during our estimate was completed without me having to ask for anything.
the work was professional with the owner up on the roof working right with the crew.upon inspection nothing need redone because joe oversaw everything being done properly the first time.best roofing experience I ever have had done.
Showed up on time, spread tarps to catch debris and quickly when to work.
Work was done in two days (of very hot weather) with a couple hours of final clean up on the third morning.
Crew left roof in water tight condition overnight. No concerns about rain.
Shingle lines are straight/uniform.
Cleanup was thorough.
Crew was courteous to us and I heard no foul language.
No surprises in final bill -- same as bid.
