It was a very cold day and the furnace stopped working. I checked with Angie's List and the BBB before choosing Baker Heating and Cooling. We found their service to be professional, prompt, friendly, and courteous. We will call on them next time.

My furnace kept going out after I would manually restart it with the switch on the furnace. I called and Rich came over and cleaned the furnace to fix the issue. He also noticed that the humidifier was not working. He ordered the part came back a couple of days later and replaced the solenoid. Everything is working the way it should. Rich was friendly and you could tell that he cares about his customers. I would recommend Baker HVAC for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Fast forward to yesterday. The furnace started cycling constantly and only blowing out lukewarm air. Yesterday's high temp was 2 degrees, with a windchill of -14 or so. Naturally, this is the day the furnace goes out. So, I called Baker and Rick was at my house in a couple of hours. He figured out what was wrong almost immediately - and didn't hesitate to say that it was his fault; he should have checked it in October and didn't.
He fixed the problem by clearing the pipe and didn't charge me for what almost any other company would have considered a emergency call. He sure didn't have to tell me it wouldn't have happened if he hadn't missed it; I wouldn't have known any better. I've always liked Baker's service but now I'm even more loyal.

Baker Heating And Cooling did a great job of charging and checking our air conditioner and now the air conditioner works better than ever. They explained everything well and were very helpful. We plan on using this company for a long time.
