Description of Work: Remodeled a sun room 4 years ago. The roof had a 5 year warranty but it blew off in a storm. Rob only wanted to cover my deductible. He only sent sub contractors, they never cleaned up any mess, painters never came ( I had to paint). Drywall mud all over everything- windows, doors, floors. Roof doesn't match and doesn't look good at all. Had to have electricians come out over and over to correctly install a ceiling fan. He charged my insurance company an extra 20% for "labor and materials". He also didn't do some of the work that insurance paid to do. I feel ripped off and just wanted him and his non-English speaking subs OUT of my house. Not not not happy.

Description of Work: Ambassador replaced our roof with DaVinci shingles. They also replaced our skylight and gutters. The work was done on time and the work was very professionally done and looks great.
