They are great, very caring people, always call to follow-up to make sure he didn't have a reaction to shots and was recovering from surgery OK. One other thing I thought was great, was that I made an appointment because he had vomited a few days in a row. I figured out it was his raw hide that was causing it, so they told me to call them that afternoon if I wanted to cancel the appointment, which I did. They still took the time to call on Monday (appt was for a Friday) to make sure he was still doing OK, even thought I cancelled the appointment. I really appreciated that!

They were great!! They completely understood my concern about my pets reaction to vaccinations being a small dog, they pretreated him and everything was fine!!!

They are great. They are very nice to the animals. The veterinarian that I see really seems to care about my pet's health. They don't seem interested in taking money or anything by the prices and all the options they have.

We switched to Tender Care Animal Hospital due to problems with our last vet. Beth Hinson saw our two cats and did a great job. She obviously loves the animals, and spent plenty of time explaining everything to us. We have definitely found our new vet!
