Due to an emergency call he was a few minutes late. He quickly went to work on rekeying the locks and then discovered our deadbolt was broken. He needed to go back to his office to get a new deadbolt. This took maybe ten minutes and then quickly installed the deadbolt. Very professional and courteous.

On the hottest day so far this summer and during the busiest week of the year for locksmiths in a college town, Joe responded promptly and courteously to our call for help to re-key locks for our student rentals. We had an urgent situation (one student's locks had no keys to match it) and called most of the locksmiths in the Iowa City area. Joe was the only one who bothered to answer our call. He stayed into the evening to complete our job and the bill we received was quite reasonable! Each apartment has two entries plus a building entrance. He streamlined the whole system so multiple keys are no longer needed. We were pleased by the great service!
