Laura Soride and her assistant Chelsea marketed and sold our Zero lot-line home in North Liberty. We got frequent feedback, many times daily, on all showings and great advice on ways to improve the home's appeal. We started at a slow point in the market, but we still had an accepted offer within 2 months. Laura and Chelsea did two open houses and a brokers' open house and we feel they really worked hard to sell our house.
Laura also helped us find our new home in Coralville, and we couldn't be happier. She showed us a LOT of houses and never seemed to mind. Even when we got a little discouraged, having a hard time finding the right place, she kept us going and eventually we found the perfect place. We consider Laura a friend now, and will definitely be contacting her if we need a realtor again.
