QUALITY CARE STORAGE CO

I had to store my things due to a job relocation. As mentioned I had started online. reserving a truck with UHaul and thought I had signed up for a package deal that would get me a month's worth of free storage at Quality Care. The information was never relayed to them and I lost the discount but at least they were able to get me a storage unit with a couple of hours notice. I can't say enough about how helpful the front desk girl was. There was a misunderstanding at one point regarding insurance fees and she went out of her way to figure out how to reduce my charges as much as possible given the structure that they have to work within. The day that I checked out I left an ugly office chair in the unlocked in the unit and told them that it was a bit of a joke but a family member was going to pick it up. The clean up crew found it and moved it to another location thinking it was junk, but when I called to inquire if they knew what had happened to it, they went to the trouble of hauling it back to the original location to be picked up. So, yes, Yay staff!  I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation.
