Quality Care - The Nature Care Company
About us
Our Lawn Health Care Program works with our natural environment to give you a beautiful, healthy lawn. Lawn Health Care means we use organic enriched fertilizer with just the right blend of nutrients, and just the right amount for your lawn. Lawn Health Care means using cultural management practices like aeration, seeding, and soil amendments. Lawn Health Care means responsible weed control, applied when needed by licensed professionals to allow grass to thrive and out compete invasive weeds. A Quality Care Lawn Health Care Program is designed for your lawn, not every lawn. We're a local business, right here in the corridor serving our friends, neighbors and families. We're people you know and we'll always do our best for you! Since 1980, our mission, Quality Work, Done With Care, has guided everything we do. Thank you for this opportunity to show you how we can save you time and give you a healthy, beautiful lawn.

"Thank you so much for your review and feedback. The lawn care applicators will only make suggestions on treatments if anything looks out of the ordinary. We usually have a manager walk your lawn with you if you have concerns or want specific suggestions, etc. Please let us know if you would like to set that up. We look forward to working with you and appreciate your business."

"Thank you for the review!"
I especially wanted to write this because of an experience I recently had with another company that was not as good for a yard cleanup ( I hadn't realized Quality Care did those--will use them next time!) --the other company did a good job on the actual work but their invoice was vague for the cost of the work, and I really prefer the detailed invoice and great customer service of Quality Care.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you feel the scheduled service was not what you expected. I see that we have not done services for you in over 2 years, dating back to May of 2013. We're wondering if there was anything specific and recent that prompted this poor review? We would love the opportunity to address it if you would like. The practice of continuous service (renewing each year) is standard in the fertilization and weed control industry. We send out prepayment options each season with the renewing program and stating we will be out in the spring unless we hear differently. I apologize if this never reached you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to takes your concerns and use them to offer the best service possibly in the future.
