All services requested were completely professionally. QSR in our neighborhood is very challenging. At the time our home was built, developers were not required to replace topsoil so our lawn sits atop a surface of clay. Improving the soil in this case will take some time. We will continue to work with Quality Care.

It went fine. They came and put down the chemicals. My only complaint was that they didn't really tell me much that is going on with my yard.

Quality Care has been doing all our lawncare for 2 years (except mowing, which we do ourselves, though they will do that too if you need it). It's a big lot with tricky clay-like soil and lots of shade, and they do a beautiful job. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough, They go out of their way to go over options and explain what each does, pros and cons, etc. I was put on the schedule very promptly initially and they come regularly for all our maintenance now. Their invoices are super clear and show exactly what they did, who was there and how long, and how much each service was. The services range from about 60-200 dollars, depending on what exactly they do, and their prices are very fair for the high quality work and service they provide.
I especially wanted to write this because of an experience I recently had with another company that was not as good for a yard cleanup ( I hadn't realized Quality Care did those--will use them next time!) --the other company did a good job on the actual work but their invoice was vague for the cost of the work, and I really prefer the detailed invoice and great customer service of Quality Care.

We're wondering if there was anything specific and recent that prompted this poor review? We would love the opportunity to address it if you would like. The practice of continuous service (renewing each year) is standard in the fertilization and weed control industry. We pay quite a lot for this service. They don't apply weed killer around retaining walls by the sidewalk or on our gravel path. They send someone different out every time, and while the lawn looked good the first summer, it's now looking horrible. Once someone said it was dry and sunny out, and as he was finishing up applying, it started to pour down raining. Every time there is an issue with the lawn and we call to discuss it-such as "the lawn has turned hideous and brown the day after you applied weed killer" or "you said you'd slit seed the back yard and you just went back there and tossed seed down (which we did and it didn't work), they make up one excuse after another as to why this isn't their doing or why it didn't work (it's too shady). That might be the case, however, you shouldn't have SEEDED the lawn in the first place if you knew it was too shady. At least give me my money back. But no, it's not their fault, so you pay no matter what. Sure, they'll send someone out immediately to "look at it", but they don't do much to address any issues. They are VERY expensive for not only the weed/feed but also lawn mowing. My yard is MAYBE 600 square feet, and they wanted 50 dollars just to mow. It's a 10 minute job. I would recommend you find another company for this service unless you like wasting your money.
