Mark McCullough

When I bought a new (to me) car I decided to look at other insurance companies to see if I could get a better deal somewhere else. I came back to Mark McMullough. They are always polite, professional and helpful. They worked hard with me to get the best rates possible. Mark McCullough also does financial advice.

Mark McCullough is very professional, he likes to do a year review of our various policies with him and he does the initiation of contact with us and lets us know the time for our normal review so if we need to do any adjustments for changes then we could at the time. We had our first experience with them when my husband had an accident in his truck and out truck was towed and no one told us that we had to have the work done here, then we got a call a week later from the tow company saying that if we don't get the car then it would be a problem, so we went to get it and they said that we had to pay for the storage before they released it and we had to get a hold of Mark and it was a big mess.
