My fiance and I worked with Jason Kaiman at Valley Bank to get a mortgage loan for our new home. From start to finish, Jason followed through on promises, was on time, professional, and made us feel very comfortable with an unfamiliar process to new home buyers. He gave us outstanding rates and terms for a very reasonable price, and even included options applicable to our goals for the home that didn't necessarily help his commission. Jason went to work fast and got us documents and responded to our questions VERY promptly. The house we purchased was vacant so the seller was motivated to move quickly; Jason kept pace with everything. We couldn't be happier with everything from start to finish.
