Home Inspection
Team of 3 men did point out some problems that were not obvious to a non-professional, but missed 2 major problems that service people in the next month said should have been seen in a home inspection (rusted out collector box in furnace, code-violating/non-vented S trap under kitchen sink) that will be costing me thousands of dollars. I'm not really sure why I paid for a home inspection.
